For a CRH Board of Directors visit, Oldcastle APG transformed its Tacoma, WA block plant into an immersive brand experience. I played a pivotal role in planning and logistics, managed our agency partner, and played a key role in on-site execution to ensure every detail was seamless. We built a small-scale tent city in the plant’s parking lot, complete with six custom tents, restrooms, full AV production, and a dramatic kabuki drop reveal.
The full-day event kicked off with a general session, followed by guided tours in smaller groups through the manufacturing plant and interactive product showcase tents featuring innovations from across the CRH brand portfolio. The experience culminated in a catered outdoor dinner in a custom-built space that reflected APG’s commitment to living well outside.
